This trip is also a great choice if you want to experience the beauty of the ocean's underwater world. We start off with the academic review of the bookwork from the PADI Open Water Manual. Then we get familiar with the gear and practice our SCUBA skills in the swimming pool. Day 2, we finish our academic sessions, take the final exam, and hit the beach for some shore dives. We'll do two training dives in the afternoon, getting comfortable with all of the equipment and newly learned skills. The dives are in approximately 20 feet of water. Day 3, we head out to the open ocean for our final two check-out dives. West Palm and Ft. Lauderdale have some of the best reef dives in the country. Enjoy being out on a comfortable dive boat, and completing your final two certification dives.
