Open WaterOpen Water class allows you to explore the underwater realm to depths of 60 feet. This course is designed to teach you the skills and concepts required for you to dive safely and confidently. The course is structured into three segments, confined water, academic and open water. Each segment is held under the direct supervision of a dive instructor. The course fee is $275.00 and includes ALL materials required, excluding personal mask, fins, booties & snorkel. There are NO hidden costs! We provide all scuba equipment for both confined and open waters, books, tables, log books, PIC cards, patches and certificates. We even take your picture for your Personal Identification Card! A $50.00, non-refundable deposit will hold your place in class. Classes run continually. Advanced Open WaterUpon successful completion of this course you will be certified as an internationally recognized PADI Advanced Open Water Scuba Diver. You will gain additional experience and knowledge, under supervised conditions, in a variety of different diving conditions. Class consists of five individual dives in the areas of night diving, deep diving, search and recovery diving, naturalist diving and diving navigation. Your Advanced Certification will also provide you with the opportunity to explore the marine environment of the New England coast during the deep and naturalist portions of the class. Class is scheduled for a short Friday evening of academic review followed by two consecutive Saturdays of diving. The course fee is $225.00. A $50.00 non-refundable deposit will hold your place in class. You must be a Junior OW or Open Water diver to participate. All gear for the course must be provided by the student. Rescue DiverRescue Certification is an important and crucial step in expanding a diver's knowledge and experience beyond a purely recreational level. It is the first step in assisting another diver and is a prerequisite for all PADI leadership training. Rescue Diver increases your diving skills and confidence with the realization that you are now prepared to handle a variety of diving emergencies. The course takes place over an intense, action filled weekend, with an academic review Friday evening. A written examination is required at the conclusion of the course. Divers must have current CPR/First Aid training. Course fee is $150.00 with a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 to guarantee your place in class. Course manuals and oxygen are provided within the course fee. DivemasterThe PADI divemaster course is designed to train qualified individuals in dive leadership. This class is the first level within the field of professional diving. The course encompasses instructor level dive theory, supervision and management of others, and leadership responsibilities. This class is individually tailored to the needs of the divemaster candidate, while allowing active participation in actual dive classes. Course fee is $350.00.
